The day you’ve dreamt of ever since you were just a little girl is finally here! You’ve fixed a date, a place and a theme. You know exactly how your hair, makeup and shoes should be like, but what about THE DRESS? Are you dreaming of a princess gown? Perhaps you are more of a mermaid type? Or maybe you want your dress to be haute couture or black and white. Do you want it simple or accessorised? We’ve got you covered with our list of the best international wedding dresses designers to make your search easier and stay up to the season’s trends this autumn too.

Vera Wang

We couldn’t NOT start with Vera Wang.  Having created even the wedding gowns of Victoria Beckham and Alicia Keys, she is one of the most famous bridal designers in the world. From her Fall 16 collection our absolute favourites are Patrizia and Adelia. We are simply in love with the feathers and the delicate embroidery of these two.

Carolina Herrera

Next we have the Venezuelan – American designer,  Carolina Herrera. Her exquisite creations can make any woman feel like a queen. Although she usually goes for a rather traditional take on the dresses, she is known for having changed  her style a bit lately. This is why our choices are these reinvented princess-like gowns with deep v- neck tops,  but still nothing too revealing.

Reem Acra

Reem Acra is a Lebanese designer who started her career in 1997.  Traditional long length skirts tame and sweeten the corsets and the see-through lace tops.  Dreamy tulle, organza, chiffon, Chantilly lace and embroidery are the main elements of Reem Acra’s Fall 2016 collection.

Pronovias

Pronovias is another very well-known bridal brand. Originally from Barcelona, it rapidly grew to become famous for its beautiful dresses everywhere in the world. Pronovias plays on traditional light colours and designs wedding outfits, but you can still see the fine, yet intricate details that adorn the pieces of this collection.

Marchesa

Another dearly loved high end brand is Marchesa. Based in New York, Marchesa has managed to capture our hearts in the 12 years since it was born. We dream of wearing their dresses for when we say ‘yes’. The Fall 2016 collection is all about beaded and embroidered wedding gowns with a touch of glamourous sexiness and feather lightness illusion. It is also one of the few collections of this season in which we spotted knee length gowns or miniskirts.
